With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ola Knighton Hooper (Kilgore, Texas), born in Stamps, Arkansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 13, 2024 at the age of 89. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Knighton and Evie Knighton; her husband James Donald Hooper; and her siblings, Keith, Clarence Homer Knighton, Evelyn Rogers, Thelma Wright, Nada Clements and Alice Jean Young.
She is survived by: her daughter Donna Ann Hooper Beets; her son-in-law Ricky; her grandchildren, Bryan Beets (Stephanie), Dusty Beets (Lindsay) and Alaina Beets Gearheart (Gabriel); her great grandchildren, Conner, Tanner, Brylie, Kyler, Karlee, Ryder and Chayse; her sister Erma Aldridge; and her brother-in-law Carroll Hooper (Nora). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
