He was predeceased by: his parents, Tommy Milton and Mary Lizzie Allen (Richmond); and his wife Walta Allen. He is survived by: his daughters, Debra Sue Lynch (Bob) and Periann Crane (Steve); his grandchildren, Amy Carter, Patrick Lynch, Taylor Carter (Ashley), Erica Felts (James) and Cameron Crane (Taylor); and his great grandchildren, Amara Leftwich, Lily Lynch, Julia Lynch, Avery Carter, Nolan Carter, Everett Carter and Parker Crane.
He was the epitome of charity, and would help anyone in need, whether it was someone on the side of the road, in need of a handout, or through organizations such as St. Jude's.
