She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin J. Saunders and Margaret Saunders. She is survived by: her husband Paul Edward "Pete" Jeter; her son William "Chip" Welcher, Jr. (Kim); her stepchildren, Paul Edward "Trip" Jeter III (Christy), Ashley Jeter Caskins and Corina Jeter Heintz (Brian); her granddaughter Randi Birdsong (Cody); her great grandchild Nolan Birdsong; and her sister Vivian Tingen (Randy).
