She is survived by: her children, Ricky Howell (Tonya) of Liberty City and Kay Torrence (Billy) of Kilgore; her grandchildren, Steve Torrence (Natalie) of Kilgore, Lisa Carter (Michael) of Liberty City, Logan Howell (Monica) of Kilgore, B. J and Coty Howell (Teasha) of Kilgore; her great grandchildren, Charli, Sierra, Makayla, Mckenzie, Lexi, Landry, Taylor, Tyler, Maverick, Autumn, Logan and Addie; her siblings, Deanie (Curtis DeShazer) and Tony (Vickie Cline); her sister-in-law Nell Cline; her cousins, Raye Nell Avant, Jean Pool and Betty Madewell; her friends, Victor, Vanessa, Victoria, Valere, Valentino Olowo, Renada, Robert Patterson and Jordan Daniel; and her caregivers, Naomi Sanchez, Kim Mullins, Terry Bracken, Angela Loftis, Trisha Rushton, Greg, Doreen Miles, Dr. Roshan and Holly Copeland. She is also survived by her family and friends.
Surrounded by her loving family, Judy completed her earthly journey on March 2, 2023, after a courageous battle with Alzheimer's in Tyler.
