She was predeceased by: her husband Maurice Collins; her parents, Martha Audrey and James Barton Wiggins; her son Ed Collins; and her sister Jamie Reynolds.
She is survived by: her children, Sam Collins (Brenda), Steve Collins (Sheree), Minette Collins Smith (Greg) and Kelly Collins Bentle; her brothers, Clyde Wiggins, Harry Wiggins and Joe Wiggins; and her grandchildren, Michael, Cory, Clay, Eric, Robert, Chris Collins, Elizabeth Collins Stevens, Shelley Collins Scraver, Austin Smith, Zack Bentle and Tyler Bentle. She is also survived by wife, mother.
The family will hold a private memorial and celebration of her life at Thanksgiving of this year and request that in lieu of flowers, a donation be made to one of Juanita's favorite places, The Kilgore Public Library.
