He was predeceased by: his mother Corina Contreras. He is survived by: his wife Lucila Gonzalez of Kilgore; his sons, Angel Marquez and Jesus Marquez (Blanca) of Kilgore; his father Ramon Gonzalez (Maria) of Henderson; his grandfather Fernando Mendoza of El Porvenir; and his siblings, Elizabeth Cisneros, Ricardo Gonzalez, Juan Carlos Gonzalez, Ada Gonzalez, Alfredo Gonzalez and Vicki Gonzalez. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Crawford-A. Crim Funeral Home (1414 S Main St, Henderson, TX 75654). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Christ the King Catholic Church (1407 Broadway Blvd, Kilgore, TX 75662).
