She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Mae Evans Hayles and Mahlon Elmar Hayles; and her siblings, Kathleen Rose Hayles, Robert Mahlon Hayles and Judith Eselle Hayles.

She is survived by: her son Jason Mahlon Haney of Kilgore; and her siblings, Marie Haynes of Kilgore, Cullen Hayles of Kilgore and Wilson Rock Hayles of Baytown. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
