He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruby McCarty and Byron McCarty. He is survived by: his wife Sara McCarty. He is also survived by his 3 children, 8 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and a host of cousins, church family and friends.
Viewing was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Kilgore Missionary Baptist Church (223 Harris St, Kilgore, TX 75662). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Danville Cemetery (200 Memorial St, Kilgore, TX 75662).
