He is survived by: his son Craig Hughes (Kim) of Kilgore; his daughter-in-law Mychele Hughes of Tyler; his sister-in-law Diane Rushton of Kilgore; and his grandchildren, Kristin Hughes (Will) of Plano, Jeremy Hughes (Darby) of Sabine, Zach Hughes of Oklahoma, Megan Buttery (Kyle) of Colorado and Joshua Hughes of Tyler. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
