He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Lyn Riley of Kilgore; his children, Hector Baltierra (Miranda) of Nacogdoches, Delynda Baltierra of Kilgore, John Baltierra (Carmen) of Kilgore, Michael Baltierra of Kilgore and Josh Allen (Hailey Frey) of Kilgore; his siblings, Johnny Torres, David Torres, Elias Torres, Jr., Lucy Ann Lopez, Mary Ann Lopez and Virgina Lopez; his sister-in-law Lisa Box of Kilgore; his mother-in-law Kathy "Ma" Hill; his grandchildren, Aiden Baltierra, Alexis Baltierra, Dontae Baltierra, Kaleb Baltierra, Mieklo Baltierra, Sylvia Baltierra, Victoria Baltierra, Garrett Baltierra, LaVieyah Baltierra, Violet Baltierra, Emillio Baltierra, Ean Baltierra and Juilan Baltierra; and his great grandchildren, Xavier and Baby Jay.
