She was predeceased by: her mother Frances Smith Adams; her husband Fred Vanderwoude of Dallas; her father Maurice Adams of Kilgore; and her sister Deedy Adams of Kilgore. She is survived by: her children, Allison Adams Vanderwoude of Dallas, Blake Vanderwoude (Jamie) of Denver, Colorado and Brian Vanderwoude (Kristi) of Dallas; and her grandchildren, Katy, Emily, James Vanderwoude of Dallas, Trey and Tori Vanderwoude of Denver. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
