He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Lewis and Jolene Clack Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Lewis; his sister Judy Dukes; his children, Lisa Collins Allan, Deanna Allen, Tony Drew and Jeff Drew; and his pets, Lilly, Tinkerbell and Jaycee. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, five great grandchildren, numerous extended family.
