Clara Frances McGilvray Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clara Frances McGilvray (Kilgore, Texas), who passed away on November 13, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruby Edna Kimball Murphy and Harvey Murphy; her brothers, Clayton Harvey Murphy and Ruben Avil Murphy; and her son Russell Cyril McGilvray.
She is survived by: her son Richard Duane McGilvray (Gerri); her siblings, Edna Lee Strobush and Robert Anderson Murphy (Marcia); her sisters-in-law, Joy Murphy and Martha Murphy; and her grandchildren, Dustin McGilvray (Adrienne), Cole McGilvray, Aaron McGilvray (Kim), Duana Brashear (James), Rikki McGilvray-Bock (Tim), Karrah McGilvray and Mandy McGilvray. She is also survived by 6 great granddaughters, 2 great grandsons, 5 bonus great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter by marriage, numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Rader Funeral Home (401 N Martin St, Kilgore, TX 75662). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
