It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bobby Noel Huey Jr. of Kilgore, Texas, born in Pampa, Texas, who passed away on August 23, 2023, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Huey and Opal Huey. He is survived by: his wife Penny Florence Huey of Kilgore; his children, B. J. Huey of Dallas and Mary Steward; his son-in-law Mark of Wylie; his siblings, Robby Huey (Susie) of Kilgore, Larry Huey of Kilgore and Debbie Huey Lloyd (Bobby) of Austin; his nieces and nephews, Angel Johnson (Mike), Kimberly Seidel of Austin, Robby Huey (Jacke) and Michael A. Huey (Cortnie) of New Orleans; and his father-in-law Jack Donald Florence of Kilgore.
