She is survived by: her sons, Donny Horace Simmons (Beth), Danny O'Neal Simmons (Susan) and Dave Michael Simmons (Terri); and her siblings, Ben Foshee, Melba Ferden, Lavelle Foshee, Shirley Blake, Elmer Mackey, Darlene Wood and Willie Mackey. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
