He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edward Rush and Grace Lucille Brannan Rush; his wife Florene Rush (Flo); and his siblings, James, Lou Risley, Charlene Alice Boyer and Barbara Sue Landry.
He is survived by: his children, Lucille Jones (Gary) of Kerrville, Glenna Zimmer (Bob) of Boerne, Mark Rush (Sandy) of Hempstead and Mitchell Rush (Susan) of Belton. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
