He was predeceased by: his parents, J. D. Dillard and Emily Sue Dillard. He is survived by: his wife Dolores "Dee" Ruth Slator; his sons, William Paul Dillard Jr. (Kimberly) and Davis Marshall Dillard; his stepson Mark Douglas Slator (Tracy); and his grandsons, Travis Paul Dillard, Robert William Dillard, Brady Marshall Dillard and Justin Beall.
