Victoria Williams Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Victoria Williams (Kerrville, Texas), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 14, 2025 at the age of 81. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Victoria Williams to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lois V. Wells Pernell and James Herbert Pernell; and her husband Jimmy Lee Williams. She is survived by: her children, Vicki, Jim Williams, Jr. (Mary) of Colleyville, Jennifer Craft (Matt) of Dallas and Rheamy Higgins (James) of Willis, TX; her grandchildren, Davis, Katherine, Emily, Charlie, Billy, Jefferson, Kendall and Haley; her brother Jim Pernell; her nieces, Alison and Lindsey; her nephew Brad Williams; and also, Mark, Debbie Wheeler, Kerrville and Donna Magee.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Kerrville First United Methodist Church (321 Thompson Dr, Kerrville, TX 78028).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to any of the following organizations loved and cherished by Vicki: Mustard Seed Ministries of Kerrville First United Methodist Church at 321 Thompson Dr, Kerrville, TX 78028, or Hill Country Ministries or the Humane Society of Kerrville.
