He was predeceased by: his mother Beverly Mayo Blanchard; his sister Carol Blanchard; and his grandmother Grace Bader Mayo. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Blanchard; his children, Christopher Blanchard (Nicole) and Melissa Villalobos (Roger); his father David Blanchard; his sister Karen Brougham (Doug); and his grandchildren, Wesley Colton Drake, Layla Renae Drake, McCoy Paul Blanchard, Lucas Villalobos, Sofia Villalobos and Noah Villalobos. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Trinity Baptist Church (800 Jackson Rd, Kerrville, TX 78028).
