He is survived by: his mother-in-law Linda Ivy; his wife Linda; his son Danny; his grandchildren, Chris Lengefeld, Chase Cullison and Lisa Lengefeld; his great grandchild Ashlen Lengefeld; his brothers, William and Herbert Cullison; and his son-in-law Marshall Lengefeld.
