She was predeceased by: her daughter Polly Collins (late Howard); her husband Howard Collins; and her siblings-in-law, James Collins, Don Douglass and Ann Collins.
She is survived by: her daughter Carrie Collins; her sister-in-law Carol Douglass; her niece Cathryn; and her nephews, Trigg, Brent, Clark, Gregg and Neal. She is also survived by cousins and friends.
