She was predeceased by: her mother Ruth Eleanor Pollakowski Taylor; her sister Susie Svahn; and her grandson Cody Blain Adams. She is survived by: her husband Johnny Adair; her children, Dawn Adams (Paul Adams) and Mike Adair (Lisa Adair); and her grandchildren, Kelby, Kiersten, Amanda, Ashley, Brandon, Johnny, Nicholas, Nathan, Tiffany and Crystal. She is also survived by many great grandchildren.
