He was predeceased by: his children, Mary Alice Valdez (Jesus) and Gilbert Ayala (Lori); and his parents, Celsa Ayala and Santana Ayala. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Calderon; and his daughters, Celia Castillo (Domingo), Amelia Carter and Nancy Constante. He is also survived by his three daughters, Mike Ayala leaves behind 17 grandchildren and numerous great and great great grandchildren.
