It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Matthew Toole Jr. in Kerrville, Texas, born in Houston, Texas, who passed away on May 27, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew Alton Toole Sr. and Helen Elizabeth Rhodes; his wife JoAnn Toole; and his grandchildren, Heather Tilton and Cassidy Toole.

He is survived by: his sons, Michael O'Toole (Diane) of Hawaii and Matt L Toole (Tammy) of Colorado; his sister Helen Reddy of Galveston; his grandchildren, Natalie, Brooke (Nick), Rachel and Nathan; his great grandchildren, Cameron and Bailey JoAnn; and his great great grandchild Graysen Spencer.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Meals on Wheels.

“I found out just a couple of days ago, through another person, that my good client and friend Matt had passed away. Matt was a long time client of mine, my sister and my brother at Sanchez Barber Shop. I was his last haircutter; he was such a joy to be with. Our last time was for lunch at The Ridge in 2023, he was going to spend some time at the beach, I believe to celebrate his birthday. I bought him a Hawaii theme shirt. Matt had given me a Scripture Devotional back in 2016. ThankYou Matt”
