With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Luster M Lockett of Kerrville, Texas, who passed away on August 28, 2024 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel Lockett and Vernon Lockett; his brother Kenneth Lockett; and his grandson Philip Matthew "Mato" Montez. He is survived by: his wife Rev. D. Lynne Lockett; his children, Carol Lockett Scholl (Jes), Philip Lockett (Melissa), Gene Smith (Felicia) and Greg Smith; his brother Philip Locket; his grandchildren, Zach Montez, Marisa Maliga (Marty), Casey Lockett (Jackie), Brayden Smith, Tatum Smith, Colin Smith, Dave Roth-Smith, Devin Roth-Smith and Sara Roth-Smith; and his great grandchildren, Alexandra and Elianna Maliga. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and countless friends.
