She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Elihu Lynch and Marie Edna Whitehill Lynch; and her children, James Albert McHargue (Jimmy) and Laura Marie Lightner. She is survived by: her son Dan Simpson (Debbie); her grandsons, Tim (Becca Huchton), Paul (Iris Huchton) and Will Huchton; her great grandchildren, Parker Anne Huchton, Timothy Matthew Huchton, Everly Hope Huchton and Finnley Hart Huchton; her nieces, Jan (Jim) and Gloria Ann Graham; and her nephew Rick (Lorna Evans). She is also survived by family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, Lois and her family would appreciate memorials to go to Peterson Hospice in Kerrville and Presbyterian Mo Ranch Assembly.
