She was predeceased by: her husband Ellis Preece; her parents, Pauline Chambers and Cecil Chambers; and her children, Denise Preece and Bo Preece.
She is survived by: her sons, Duke Blackwell (Margaret) and Arthur Goolsby (Melanie); and her brother Sid Chambers (Teresa). She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
