He is survived by: his mother Sylbia Pena Gonzales; his wife Teresa Garcia; his daughters, Olivia L. Blackburn (Patrick), Harley R. Garcia, Stephanie Powell and Alexandria Powell; his siblings, Michelle Garcia (Antonio), Melissa Garcia (Christopher), Antonio Garcia, Jr. (Vanessa) and Luis Albert Garcia (Francis); and his grandchildren, Mason L. Armstrong, Birdie Maxine Blackburn and Annie Jean Blackburn.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Kerrville Funeral Home (1221 Junction Hwy, Kerrville, TX 78028).
