It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Javier Rangel of Kerrville, Texas, born in Eagle Pass, Texas, who passed away on January 22, 2024, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Jesus T. Rangel. He is survived by: his mother Senorina Rangel; his wife Johanna Ramirez-Rangel; his children, Jesus Gabriel Rangel of Albany, Oregon and Clarissa Rangel of Fredericksburg, TX; and his siblings, Salbador Rangel, Richard Rangel (Joann), Rudy Rangel (Carol), Sandra Sandoval (Camilo), Teresa Phillips (Roger) and Jesus M. Rangel. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, in laws and his beloved dogs.
Memorials may be given to Harper Fire Department, American Foundation for Suicide Prevention - AFSP, Oregon State University Foundation Student Mental Health Fund and The 100 Club of Gillespie County.
