We bid farewell to Janie Scott (Kerrville, Texas), born in Odem, Texas, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 18, 2024 at the age of 86. Janie touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonio Zepeda and Paula Botello; her children, Elizabeth Nabila Scott and David Edward Salazar; her grandson Nathanial Bradshaw; and her siblings, Oralia Graves, Maria Greenleaf, Elizabeth Vasquez, Joe Zepeda and Roy Botello.
She is survived by: her children, Jessica Jones (Robert) of Kerrville, TX, Marissa Gonzalez (Jerry) of Medina, TX, Samuel Salazar (Shay) of Katy, TX and Jesse James Salazar (Diane) of Titusville, FL; her brother Trinidad Botello (Ruth) of San Antonio, TX; and her grandchildren, Edward Salazar, Daniel Salazar, Salvador Salazar, John David Salazar, Shelby Salazar, Rex Salazar, Rebecca Youngblood, Kanah Joy Bradshaw, Sarah Noel Cavazos, Trey Salazar, Chloe Ramos, Jeralyn Marie Gonzalez, Briana Nicole Gonzalez, Gerardo Gonzalez Jr., Megan Mitchell, Bianca Vasi and Sal Vasi. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
