She was predeceased by: her parents, John Baker and Mary Ware Baker; her siblings, Charles, Reggie, Ray Baker and Erma Dean Baker; and her husband Jimmy Black.

She is survived by: her daughters, Suzan Monk (Danny), Julie Cypert (Brett), Cindy Bacon (Bill) and Jami Chavarria; and her grandchildren, Danielle, Amanda, Cody, Garrett, Yates, Victoria, Caroline, Anneliese, Jessica, Kaci and Elizabeth.

Memorials for Ida Mae may be made to the First Baptist Church of Kerrville.
