She is survived by: her daughter Janis; her son-in-law Charles Simons of Kerrville, TX; her son Michael; her daughter-in-law Marilyn Forke of Belton, TX; and her grandchildren, Allison, Derek, Amber, Brent and Clay. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
