She was predeceased by: her parents, George Perkins (Dad) and Susie O'Bryant Perkins (Mom). She is survived by: her children, Deborah Carlow Clifton and Jerry Carlow (Sandra); her stepson Charles Ray Carlow (Cindy); her son-in-law Timothy Clifton; her grandchildren, Terri Rice (Ken Kowalczyk), Christine Carlow, Christopher Shatlain, Chloe Kowalczyk, Warren Gonzales and Isaac Gonzales; her nieces and nephews, Randy Perkins (Kathy), Carolyn Black (Kenny), Pam Cody, Sharon Hall (Russ), Mike Reed, Bob Perkins, Sarah Smith, Mark Smith and Ann Jackson; her siblings, Leo, Howard, Evelyn (Bunny) and Nelva; and her husband Charles Carlow. She is also survived by numerous great nieces, nephews and friends.
