She is survived by: her sisters, Eleanor Baker, Fay Baker and Donnie DeVore; her daughter JoAnna Rawlins; her son-in-law Boyd Rawlins; her grandson Ross Rawlins; her granddaughter-in-law Jessica Rawlins; her great grandchildren, Brock Rawlins and Karis Rawlins; her daughter Frances Flanagan; her son-in-law Rowdy Flanagan; her grandson Charles Flanagan of Marble Falls, Texas; and her daughter Dorothy Williams of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma..
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Memories Cemetery (3250 Fredericksburg Rd, Kerrville, TX 78028).
