He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruby Fore and Gerald Sr. Fore; and his sister Darla Fore. He is survived by: his sons, Corey (Julie) of Overland Park, Aaron (Melinda) of Dallas, Texas and Micah (Laura) of Kerrville, Texas.; his sisters, Charlotte Hoar of Pond Creek, Kathy Talent of Noble, Judy Taber of Purcell and Pat Postlewaite of Sulphur, Louisiana; his wife Michelle; and his grandchildren, Peyton, Connor, Macy, Livia, Vivian and Levi.
