He was predeceased by: his wife Allete Walker Feather of Houston; his daughter Debra L. Evans; and his brother Robert O. Feather. He is survived by: his daughters, Donna L. Hinton (Jesse) of Mountain Home, Darlene L. West (Greg) of Battle Ground and Deanna L. Lashley (Todd) of Clinton, Nebraska; his son-in-law Wes Evans of Waco, Texas; his grandchildren, Jarrod Hinton (Michelle) of Gunnison, Joel Hinton (Jessica) of Kerrville, Hannah Fitzgerald (Sean) of Battle Ground, Sam Evans of Waco, Ellen Felts (Austin) of Santo, Levi Lashley (Michelle) of Rexburg and Benjamin Lashley (Brooke) of Tomball, Texas; his sister-in-law Carolyn Feather; his nephew Bobby Feather (Lisa); and his niece Sunni Brookshire (Britt). He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
