He was predeceased by: his parents, Ethel Irene and Thomas Lewis Ramsey; his stepfather Robert Merideth; and his half-brother David Ramsey. He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah, Mary Beth and Angela of California; his grandchildren, Pierce, Avery and Colby; his great grandchild Kinley; his sister Phyllis Lane (Robert) of Kerrville; his nieces and nephews, Brent, Kaia and Jennifer; his half-sisters, Kay Ramsey and Anna Siebert of Eldon, Missouri; and his close friend Michael Francis.
