He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Holt and Charles Holt. He is survived by: his daughter Ronda Holt; his grandchildren, Kari Chishana, Jonah Joseph and Everyn Donahue; and his siblings, Darlene Hunt (Jim Hunt) and Dale Holt (Carol Holt). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
