We are sad to announce that on December 13, 2023, at the age of 87, David Seals of Kerrville, Texas, born in New Orleans, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Flurcy Rose (Albarado) and Vernon Seals; and his son Brian Joseph Seals. He is survived by: his wife Laura Halsell; his children, David Seals (Anita), Donna Rice (Bruce) and Lisa Schallenberg (Lou); his stepson Patrick Halsell (Kaylin); and his grandchildren, Jennifer, Andrew, Megan, Mitchell, Alexis, Rylie, Claire and Emery.
