He was predeceased by: his parents, Bonnie II and Charlie A. Smith II. He is survived by: his wife Frieda Neffendorf Smith; his sons, Travis Smith and Cameron Smith of Canyon Lake, Texas; his stepdaughter Tina Hess (Les) of Enid; his stepgrandchildren, Shasta Williams and Charlie Hess of Fairview, Oklahoma; and his brother Stanley Smith (Kathy).
In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorials be given in his memory to Sid Peterson Hospice or the charity of your choice.
