It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Norris of Kerrville, Texas, born in Trumann, Arkansas, who passed away on February 24, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Norris and Louise Norris (Hodge). He is survived by: his wife Edda; his son Luis (Kelli); his grandson Gage of Kerrville; his great grandchild Mike (Tea); and his sister Ruth Nave of Flint, Michigan.. He is also survived by Oma and Opa.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Leukemia Society or the Heart Foundation.
