She was predeceased by: her parents, William Edmund Hand and Dorothea Clarette Hand (Berry); and her sister Jeanette Boettner Dowell (Hand). She is survived by: her husband Ray Rothwell; her children, Brandon Rothwell and Tiffany Cone; her son-in-law Jason; and her brother Billy C Hand (Kathy). She is also survived by husband of 57 years, with her children and grandchildren, with friends, many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
