He was predeceased by: his parents, James Machicek and Bernice Machicek. He is survived by: his siblings, Susan Marie Buie, Robert James Machicek (Jeannie) and Craig Alan Machicek of Fredericksburg, Texas.; his children, Kayla Nicole Machicek and Joshua Blake Machicek; his wife Cyndy; and his nieces and nephews, Tiffany Schneider, Christopher Machicek, Tyler Machicek, Brett Machicek, Sara Machicek, Bailey Buie and Morgan Buie.
