Though Billy may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Franklin Havill and Florence Jones Havill; and his siblings, Fairris Havill Lee and Gyna Havill Clark. He is survived by: his husband David Norris Havill-Brown; his niece Linda Clark Lundberg (Don); and his nephew Glen Ray Clark (Marilyn). He is also survived by four great nieces and nephews and several great-great nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church (1111 Jefferson St, Kerrville, TX 78028).
