It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruben G. Benavides Sr. of Kermit, Texas, who passed away on February 14, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Andres Benavides and Reyes Benavides. He is survived by: his wife Rosa Benavides of Odessa; and his children, Ruben Benavides Jr., Bogar (Angie Benavides), Mabel (Berkley Craig), Melva (Lupe Olivas), Jaime (Brandi Benavides) and Irma (Christian Molina).
