He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert A. Spiers and Lorena Spiers; and his brother Dick Spiers. He is survived by: his wife Annette Bailey; his children, Kirk (Rhonda Spiers) of Caddo, Oklahoma, Kevin (Darla Spiers) of Austin, Texas and Tracy (Cynthia Spiers) of Spicewood, Texas.; his grandchildren, Aaron Spiers of Bokchito, Oklahoma, Alisha Perez of Cedar Park, Texas, Brittany Carroll of Austin and Jay Spiers of Austin, Texas; and his great grandchildren, JJ, Zoey, Kaylie, Briar, Christopher, Blakely and Ellie.
