Shivaun Kent Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shivaun Kent (Kerens, Texas), who passed away on February 19, 2025 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Robert A. Mims; and her grandchildren, Kinsley, McCoy, Taytum, Hayden, Jack and Quinn.
She is survived by: her mother Lee Ann Mims of Buffalo, TX; her husband Will Kent of Kerens, TX; her children, Andrew Kent (Mary) of Mildred, TX and Adlee Winkelman (Curtis) of Keizer, OR.; and her sisters, Dixie Brewer of Buffalo, TX, Rhonda Bangs of Buffalo, TX and Hanida Oliver of Buffalo, TX. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Paschal Funeral Home (120 SW 3rd St, Kerens, TX 75144). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Kerens (200 SW 2nd St, Kerens, TX 75144). A graveside service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at the Kerens Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that a donation be made to First Baptist Church of Kerens, or the charity of your choice.
