He was predeceased by: his father Johnny Joe Laznovsky Sr.; his grandparents, Bessie Laznovsky and Edwin Laznovsky; and his uncle Jero Fuller. He is survived by: his mother Dianne Marie Laznovsky (Barak) of Ennis, Texas; his daughter Delaney Elise Laznovsky of Streetman, Texas.; his wife Christy Laznovsky; his son Dakota Laznovsky of Ennis; and his siblings, Wendy Allen of Oklahoma, Sherri McCarty of Oklahoma, Joey (Brenda Laznovsky) of Ennis and Josh (Christa Laznovsky) of Mississippi. He is also survived by numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, and Nephews.
