He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his children, Selena Kelley (Richard), David Gallaway and Bradley Gallaway (Rachel); his sister Dorothy Smith; his grandchildren, Nathan Gallaway (Sabrina), Logan Gallaway (Kayla), Kayla Kelley, Amber Kelley, Dale Harwell, Bobby Maldonado and Laci Oglesby (Kenton); his great grandchildren, Raysen, Gauge, Maelynn, Raelyn, Heath and Cutter; and his friend Bill Stovall.
