He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry Radney Jr. and Dora Velma Radney (Howell); and his brother Johnnie Sanders Radney. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Radney (Parker); his son Stephen Radney (Martha Radney); his granddaughters, Sarah Radney Crumpler (Justin) and Rebekah Radney McIntosh (Arch); and his sister Charlene Chadwick.
